Ingredients:2 skinless chicken breasts (500g) 1/2 tsp 5 Chinese spice 1 head broccoli (250g) trimmed 1 tsp sesame oil 1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated 4 shallots (40g), chopped 50 g roasted cashews 2 Tbsp dry sherry 1 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp water 2 tsp cornflour Directions:Remove skin and cut chicken into small pieces (about 2.5cm cubes).
